Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Withdrawal Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: A natural person acting outside the scope of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

  • Day: A calendar day.

  • Fixed-Term Contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over a specified period.

  • Durable Data Carrier: Any medium allowing information to be stored for future reference and reproduced unchanged.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract within the applicable withdrawal period.

  • Entrepreneur: Érano.

  • Distance Contract: A contract concluded exclusively through one or more means of distance communication.

  • Means of Distance Communication: Any method used to conclude a contract without both parties being physically present together.

  • Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions of Érano.

Article 2 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made immediately during checkout using one of the available payment methods.

Consumers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

If payment cannot be completed, Érano reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order, and distance contract concluded between Érano and the consumer.

Before completing an order, these Terms & Conditions are made available electronically so they can be saved or printed by the consumer.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.

Article 4 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Product descriptions and images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products. 

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately.

Slight differences may occur due to screen settings or reasonable manufacturing variations.

Nothing in this provision limits the consumer's statutory rights where a product does not conform to the sales contract.

Obvious pricing errors or typographical mistakes are not binding.

Article 5 – The Contract

A contract is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation by email.

Érano reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, misuse, or payment irregularities are suspected.

Orders are always subject to product availability.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Érano of the decision to withdraw within the withdrawal period by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by email to info@eranobelgium.com

After notifying Érano of the withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

Consumers may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The consumer may be held responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Article 7 –Costs and Reimbursement Following Withdrawal

The direct cost of returning goods following withdrawal is borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated by Érano.

Érano will reimburse payments subject to the right of withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw.

Érano may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or until the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Where applicable, the reimbursement includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Érano.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made according to customer specifications

  • Personalised products

  • Hygienic products where the seal has been broken

  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • Products that deteriorate rapidly

  • Digital products already delivered with the customer's consent

Article 9 – Prices

All prices shown on the website are displayed in Euro (€).

Érano reserves the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

The price confirmed during checkout remains the final purchase price.

Article 10 – Legal Guarantee of Conformity

ll products sold by Érano are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee of conformity.

For consumers in Belgium, new goods are in principle covered by a statutory guarantee period of two years from delivery, in accordance with applicable Belgian consumer law.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract, please contact Érano at info@eranobelgium.com

The statutory guarantee does not cover defects resulting solely from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care or washing contrary to the provided care instructions, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications, insofar as these circumstances are the cause of the defect.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes the consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Average delivery time is 7–10 business days.

If delays occur, customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

If delivery becomes impossible, the customer will receive a full refund.

Article 12 – Duration, Termination and Renewal

Contracts relating to individual purchases automatically end once all obligations have been fulfilled by both parties.

The registered office is not a retail store or customer-facing location. Visits are by appointment only.

Returns must not be sent to the registered office unless Érano has specifically instructed the customer to do so.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be submitted by email to:

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 14 business days.

Article 15 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium.

Where mandatory consumer legislation applies, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's place of residence.
